GeoFusion | A technology that fuses natural forces to build structures of the future that are stable, sustainable, and safe.

Technology Overview

GeoFusion is a suite of technologies designed to fuse the power of natural materials into construction systems or infrastructure with properties superior to conventional materials. It relies on DRT-CoreBond solution to bond and integrate sand, soil, sediment, river gravel, or other natural substances into strong, durable, and environmentally friendly structural units.
GeoFusion™ is therefore not merely about using “sand” or “soil,” but represents a fusion-based approach that can unify what already exists in nature into materials that fulfill the demands of sustainability—without relying on cement or traditional resins.

Technology Objectives

  • Transform low-grade or discarded natural materials into usable structural materials
  • Create new alternatives that do not add carbon and do not destroy natural resource sites
  • Tailor material properties to suit extreme climates—such as intense heat, high humidity, or strong winds
  • Support applications in structural systems, surfaces, containment solutions, and fire/water/erosion resistance zones

Natural Materials Compatible with GeoFusion

Material Application
Desert / Coastal Sand Coated for use as a substitute for river sand in construction
Loamy Soil / Mountain Soil Stabilizes surface soil to prevent slope erosion
Floodplain Sediment / Dried Mud Compressed into blocks or walls in resource-scarce areas
River Gravel / Small Stones Enhances density for flooring or pathway structures

Key Advantages of GeoFusion

  • Flexible in selecting local materials – not bound by fixed formulations
  • No cement, no resin, no electricity used in the forming process
  • Produces materials that are strong, water-resistant, fire-resistant, and mold-proof
  • Can be shaped into panels, blocks, or surface layers depending on context
  • Supports field testing and decentralized production – usable directly on-site

Where is GeoFusion suitable for use?

Context Application
Desert regions Transform loose sand into walls, walkways, or planter blocks
Mountainous areas Stabilize soil layers to prevent slope or roadside erosion
Flood-prone zones Build pond edges, weirs, or waterproof surface panels
Fire-risk zones Create firebreaks or fuel control lines using non-combustible material
Resource-scarce areas Use local waste materials as a base for basic structural work

Products under the GeoFusion family

  • DRT-Sand – Specially coated sand, used as a substitute for river sand in cement or mortar
  • VoidBrick – Blocks made from pure sand (no cement), yet strong and heat-resistant

Current Status

  • Undergoing field testing in multiple locations: Vietnam desert, Northeastern Thailand, Northern hillside zones
  • Seeking collaboration with universities, environmental organizations, and local governments for scaling
  • Certain technologies are ready for pilot production and testing at community scale
